Abstract

Mangrove Muara Angke Community Management (KOMMA) is the manager of the Muara Angke Ecomarine Mangrove Forest Conservation Area in Pluit, Penjaringan Muara Angke, North Jakarta DKI Jakarta. This area has potential with the abundance of pidada fruit which can be processed into food and beverages that are suitable for sale in order to increase the economic value of mangrove plants and increase community's income. One of the efforts made in community service is providing training on processing pidada fruit into processed food and beverage products in the form of syrup and dodol as well as providing equipment grants that can be given to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the syrup and dodol production process. The result of this community service activity is to foster a strong desire for KOMMA management to increase income by utilizing pidada fruit to be processed into syrup and lunkhead according to the training that has been given.
